Paige’s Connection Company Booking Terms and Conditions

I “The Client” Agree to the following:

Paige’s Connection Company is a caregiver referral service. The caregivers referred by us are  independent contractors and are NOT employees of Paige’s Connection Company. The caregivers are employed by the client and it is the client’s responsibility to approve of the caretaker they hire. All payments must be made directly to the caretaker upon completion of their service based on the agreed amount made between the two parties. The client acknowledges that Paige’s connection Company will not be held liable regarding any injury, loss, or damage happening from or related in any way to the use of our services.

PAYMENT: The Client agrees to provide Paige’s Connection Company with their payment information before a search begins. No charges will be made until a booking is confirmed. Clients agree to a one time $150 registration fee, and a $75 monthly fee. The monthly fee is an auto debit made on 1st or 15th of each month. An account can be frozen at any time by reaching out to Paige’s Connection Company directly. Contacting a caregiver after freezing an account will result in termination from using our services in the future. The client agrees to pay the caretaker directly upon completion of their service. If not, their account may be terminated from using our services in the future. Cancellation without atleast 24 hour notice may be subject to a $50 fee to be paid to the caretaker for blocking their time.
