These last few weeks have been an incredible journey with you all – we continue to grow our network (thank you!). The more I learn about each of you, and the feedback we continue to receive, I have begun to realize just how essential our services have become to some of you in such a short period of time. This makes me all the more determined to continue pushing forward with what has quickly become a passion of mine – providing peace of mind to parents and our caregivers.
Amidst the hustle and bustle in our lives, whether you are a parent looking for childcare or a nanny looking for work, it’s nice to have an advocate at your side to help guide you through your childcare journey.
What sets me apart at Paige’s Connection Co. is my unwavering commitment to providing an experience that goes beyond the internet or automation. That’s why I hand-select nanny and babysitter options for families, allowing for a transparent decision-making process, ensuring that each pairing is built on a foundation trust.
In my view, it’s these authentic and meaningful connections that truly define quality childcare. As I’ve written about in previous posts, technology may offer convenience, but it can’t replace the depth of human interaction. We build lasting bonds between our caregivers and families.
With my approach, I’m able to proactively matchmake based on a deep understanding of the specific needs and requirements. This ensures that the care provided is fully tailored to meet each family’s needs. I don’t post information or requests online about specific opportunities, which might include sensitive information, ensuring your family’s security and privacy.
I work closely with both nannies and families to create a supportive and open environment where needs are met, and expectations are clear. This fosters meaningful communication between nannies and families where feedback can be more easily provided in either direction.
While I was on a search for our family’s own nanny, I asked myself “What kind of preparation would I want a babysitter to go through before they watched one of my own children?” From this internal conversation, I developed a 5-Step vetting process that includes performing and obtaining 1) a pre-screen interview, 2) a resume, 3) a reference check, 4) a background check, and 5) in-person interviews.
Remember, when it comes to childcare, personalization and authenticity matter. Let me ensure that your vetting needs are met. Join my community today and experience the difference!
Warm regards,
Paige Burlew, Founder – Paige’s Connection Co.
