At Paige’s Connection Co., we’re seeing high demand for our personalized and affordable childcare services. We’re actively seeking dedicated caregivers to join our team. Join as an In-Home Nanny, Babysitter, or other childcare specialist – with full and part-time hours available – make a real impact on the lives of families in North Texas!

Job Description:

Provide personalized and age-appropriate care to one or multiple children.
Ensure safety, maintain routines, and create a comfortable environment.
Develop relationships with parents and families and understand their needs.
Support household tasks (directly related to the children) and nurture meaningful relationships.
Encourage early childhood development through creative activities, exercises, and experiments.

Qualifications:

Must be 18 or older with proven nanny, babysitter, or childcare experience.
CPR and First Aid certification.
Educational background in Early Childhood Education or Speech Pathology is a plus, but not required.
Interest in developing and teaching children and providing interactive learning opportunities to children
Reliable, compassionate, and patient demeanor.
