After that, you ask for the rate you want with no fees, no monthly subscription, no more sharing your income with an overpriced agency. It’s really that simple. Paige believes that passing more money back to our amazing family of caregivers will ultimately yield a better quality childcare service to our parents – providing more peace of mind.
No problem! Pause for as long as you like, or use or services intermittently – it’s completely up to you. You won’t pay another Registration Fee with Paige’s Connection Co. It’s our belief that child care should be affordable AND flexible.
We have a rigorous vetting process that includes a pre-screening phone call, followed by an in-person interview, a background check, and a written reference letter to ensure the trustworthiness and reliability of our caregivers. Having worked in corporate roles throughout her career, Paige has significant experience interviewing, training, and coaching teammates. This process offers a great opportunity to those looking for careers that are complimentary to childcare, as well as those entrepreneurs who want to start their own business.
Our vetting process requires successful completion of the following steps to ensure the best fit for our caretakers:
- A Pre-screen Interview (with Paige)
- A Resume
- (1) Reference Letter
- A Background Check
- A Live, In-Person Interview (with Paige)
We prioritize the safety of your child by conducting pre-screenings, in-person interviews, obtain a recommendation letter, performing mandatory comprehensive background checks for all of our caregivers, and ensuring a secure environment online through maintaining privacy of our families and babysitters, nannies, and other childcare specialists. We also reinforce strict safety guidelines with our caregivers, such as avoiding prohibited tasks such as administering medicine, obtaining a CPR certification, and other safety measures that Paige regularly uses with her three children at home.
Through the screening and interview process, I’ll learn more about each of our caregivers before they join our platform, and how their skills and preferences match with your family. The more I work with each caregiver, the more I learn about what they excel at the most. And, over time, we will get to know you and how to continue to tailor your childcare experience to suit your needs. Naturally, the longer that caregivers and families are in our network, the more personalized those services will likely become for them.
For starters, we believe that our in-home nanny and babysitting services provide a comfortable and fostering learning environment for your children. Your home and neighborhood is already equipped with the best toys, activities, and creative project opportunities for your kids. We discuss your exact needs during the in-person interview to learn more about what your expectations are and how we provide a quality learning environment for your child. This ensures that we are able to provide an optimal environment based on your expectations.
We want to ensure you have peace of mind when it comes to your children, I would expect no less for my own children, which is why we maintain open lines of communication with our parents based on the individual frequency they have requested. We share contact information between our families and caregivers ONLY once we find a perfect match – we do not share contact information on our website.
We have childcare providers in only the following areas of North Texas:
Yes, our caregivers are trained in first aid and CPR to ensure they can respond effectively to any medical emergencies that may arise.
