How much is the Registration Fee for Nannies, Babysitters, & Other Childcare Specialists?

Nannies, Babysitters, and Other Caretakers pay $0 (zero!)

Meaning there are no registration fees, no monthly subscriptions, no more sharing your income with an overpriced agency. It’s really that simple. Paige believes that passing more money back to our amazing family of caregivers will ultimately yield a better quality childcare service to our parents – providing more peace of mind.

Need a break from our services, or decide that you want to come back later?

No problem! Pause for as long as you like, or use or services intermittently – it’s completely up to you. You won’t pay another Registration Fee with Paige’s Connection Co. It’s our belief that child care should be affordable AND flexible.

How do we select our Nannies, Babysitters, and Other Childcare Specialists?

We have a rigorous vetting process that includes a pre-screening phone call, followed by an in-person interview, a background check, and a written reference letter to ensure the trustworthiness and reliability of our caregivers. Having worked in corporate roles throughout her career, Paige has significant experience interviewing, training, and coaching teammates. This process offers a great opportunity to those looking for careers that are complimentary to childcare, as well as those entrepreneurs who want to start their own business.

Our vetting process requires successful completion of the following steps to ensure the best fit for our caretakers:

  • A Pre-screen Interview (with Paige)
  • A Resume
  • (1) Reference Letter
  • A Background Check
  • A Live, In-Person Interview (with Paige)
How do we personalize our childcare services?

Through the screening and interview process, I’ll learn more about each of our caregivers before they join our platform, and how their skills and preferences match with your family. The more I work with each caregiver, the more I learn about what they excel at the most. And, over time, we will get to know you and how to continue to tailor your childcare experience to suit your needs. Naturally, the longer that caregivers and families are in our network, the more personalized those services will likely become for them.

How do you keep parents informed about their child’s well-being in your childcare services?

We want to ensure you have peace of mind when it comes to your children, I would expect no less for my own children, which is why we maintain open lines of communication with our parents based on the individual frequency they have requested. We share contact information between our families and caregivers ONLY once we find a perfect match – we do not share contact information on our website.

What cities or areas are your services in?
Are your caregivers trained in first aid and CPR?

Yes, our caregivers are trained in first aid and CPR to ensure they can respond effectively to any medical emergencies that may arise.
